Refund & Returns Policy

At Alwadood Multani Sohan Halwa, we take pride in delivering authentic Multani Sohan Halwa across Pakistan. Our products are freshly prepared, carefully packed, and shipped with great attention. Since our items are perishable sweets, we maintain strict guidelines for returns and refunds to ensure fairness and quality.


Eligibility for Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our halwa, returns are only accepted under specific conditions:

  • Item received is damaged
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Expired or spoiled sweet
  • Packaging severely tampered

If your case falls under these conditions, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.


How to Request a Return

To request a return or refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Share your order number and issue details.
  3. Provide pictures of the damaged/incorrect product and its packaging.

Refund Process

Once your request is reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed in one of the following ways:

  • Bank transfer
  • Mobile wallet transfer
  • Discount voucher for next order

Refunds are usually processed within 5-7 business days after approval.


Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for the following:

  • Opened or half-consumed sweets
  • Items reported after 24 hours
  • Change of mind or taste preference
  • Correct product but disliked flavor
